Great for all ages. So clean and constant cleaning the whole time in our session. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The under 5's section is brilliant! We had such a great time and will be back soon

Really good facilities and seems clean. Very disappointed to see parents with no masks on in the play area 80% and no staff to gently remind them to sanitise hands. There is no protection from covid by wearing them on the wrist. These are the same parents that if their child was at school would be making a fuss or when Christmas is cancelled. Brought to staff attention they were apologetic and made an announcement.

My daughter had her 3rd birthday party there last week and it was poor to say the least. To start we were only told on the day that they have stopped supplying party bags for the children which upset my daughter as it's a nice gift for the quests. The party food was shocking, burgers were over cooked the sausages were covered in grease, the fish fingers were shocking and chips were rubbish, the produce they used was extremely cheap even the tomato sauce was a strange light pink colour. It is over priced for food and drink in the main play area. One of the party was taken to hospital with a deep lacerations just under his eye after being attacked by a random child. On the plus side the party host worked hard and done well entertaining the children in the party room I know it's a kids party but I expect them to eat better food than what was supplied Lesson learned
