After buying a de Walt grinder 6 months ago the battery has failed. At the time of purchase I did try to register it online however couldn't find the correct numbers to enter. I have been in today to explain the battery has failed and is there anything they can do to help considering its only 6 months old I don't have the receipt as my accountant currently has it. The answer I was given was a very unenthusiastic no. No effort to help in anyway I have been using the company as a supplier for my business for 15 years and feel very disappointed in the lack of service I have received today.
