Scholars Place is a lovely place to be with a small number of homes (90 total) with great access to the M5 which is handy for work. It is also close to one of the best schools around. People travel from as far as swindon and bristol for the school. I am hopng for my daughter to go to Denmark Road hence the home just off Estcourt Road. A great service and if anything was not known, the development found out. Very helpful, homes handed over with very few issues/snags outstanding. all in all I highly recommend this site.
