Rose and Crown are doing lovely take away food during this lockdown - highly recommend! Fantastic quality, freshly cooked and great service. Can’t wait to come for a pint when you’re open again but in the mean time this has made us v happy, thank you!

The staff of the pub are very friendly. We visited for an evening meal and whilst COVID measures were in place it didn’t seem like many people were taking notice. The noise from the group that were in was so loud we actually wanted to leave as soon as possible. The food was ok, the squid rings were great however the fish was from a supermarket shelf as it was shaped and was pretty nondescript. We spent a week in the area and never returned as we didn’t feel it offered value for money and quality of food....except the homemade ice cream that was very good!

We stayed unexpectedly overnight during some flooding and the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating! They were so helpful. Room was clean and warm and so comfortable. Very reasonably priced, excellent food and beer, wonderful breakfast the next morning. We're going back, even without the flood!

I had an overnight stay at the Rose and Crown. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food was AMAZING. I particularly recommend the pies and the Thai food. A pub with loads of character and a great place to stay to explore the local area and the nearby towns such as Ledbury (photos). I stayed during the ongoing Covid pandemic and felt safe and well cared for. Thank you Ros and Nigel!

Great spot for an on route snack. Had the bacon brie and cranberry baguette. Friendly staff. Provided gf cobs for one of our party.
