The worst people I have met in my life, they should get sacked because they clearly do not enjoy their job and have the right to have a superior and snobbish rude attitude to everyone who takes their test, absolutely appalled by the service and they don't know the meaning of manners. There meant to be role models to the younger people but it makes feel disgusted on the way they act - I've seen 2 year olds with better manners. Jobsworth - an official who upholds petty rules at the expense of humanity or common sense.

The one star is purely for the man on the desk, so rude and made issues out of nothing, totally disrespectful especially when people are anxious enough already to take their tests.

Front desk guard/man was condescending, people are coming here for tests and their minds on other things. Place was clean, examination staff were professional and thorough. I find the set up of theory test now is poor, the hazard perception is unrealistic and the computers used are from the 70s, but a pass is a pass
