Such a friendly team and very knowledgeable. We were selling our parents home following their passing and the team were very understanding, patient and respectful of our feelings. I dealt with Bristol road Gloucester branch in my purchase of a property in hucclecote. At the start Jodie was very helpful, answering my email questions daily and providing great customer service. As the purchase progressed on there was a land registry title issue with the garage in my purchase. Basically Michael Tuck incorrectly marketed the property. The title for the garage wasn’t under the current owner, so this delayed things by 5 weeks. This should have been checked and picked up by them at the start of marketing the process. Jodie then felt she couldn’t deal with me anymore for some reason, so pasted me to her colleague Warren. Again he was very nice and helpful for a period of time before stepping away. Chased and dealt with things myself and finally got my keys 6 months later. Would never deal with these clowns again.
