Excellent service, such an amazing idea for a kids birthday party and even had the wedding castle to entertain guest which went down a treat. Very polite team and took away any stresses and made the whole journey from start to finish a dream. Highly recommend
I ordered an LOL bouncy castle for my daughter's 5th birthday. It arrived on time, quick set up and take down, really nice guy who delivered the bouncy castle. It was clean and the kids loved it.
I called Kings Castle Hire to book a bounce and slide and soft play package. The theme I wanted was out of stock on the website but Wayne confirmed that they would be able to provide it. The booking process was super easy. They arrived on time for both drop off and collection. The bouncy castle and soft play was a hit at the party and everyone was fighting over the mini bikes! Great company, highlight recommend!
Absolutely shocking service. Booked them for my Sons birthday party. Everything seemed fine initially. Venue informed us that Kings Castle Hire liability insurance was not valid so i asked within plenty of time for them to send across. Was assured they would. I chased, venue chased - nothing. The day before the party still nothing and at this point they then ignored all phone calls, emails, text messages. Venue would not let us hire without liability insurance so we came very close to not being able to have the party we promised our little boy. Thankfully a reputable, reliable and very helpful company were able to help out at the eleventh hour. I would not recommend Kings Castle Hire at all if you actually want a company that comminicates, is legally covered and is able to turn up!!! Avoid the stress at all costs!!!!!
