Posting this on behalf of my daughter in law as she doesn’t have a google account. This is the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had! The food was 2 hours late! Kids were waiting for their food crying. I rang them 5 times asking what was happening. They didn’t offer any solution or compensate us in any way. When the food did come it was cold and not what I ordered. They actually bought food that was a lot cheaper than the food I had paid for. I’m pescatarian too and they bought chicken so I couldn’t even eat it. I rang them again they offered no refund and I never get the food I had paid for. I spent 50 on food I couldn’t eat... I feel like I’ve been robbed!

Delivery time- pathetic! Placed order at 18.50 today for 2 curries. Just Eat showed estimated delivery time as 20.15. However, no sign of food until 20:30. Phoned restaurant to find out the status. The staff reassured that my food would arrive in next 20 minutes. Well, 30 minutes go by and still no food. At 21:00, tried to phone the restaurant again and after multiple attempts, finally managed to get through. This time they said food was on it's way and should have reached me already! They said they will call the driver and get back to me with the update. No call received back as promised. Finally food arrives at 21.30!!! Is this some kind of joke? I understand that Saturday nights can be busy but this is ridiculous. The restaurant should refund the money back! The positive reviews are clearly misleading! Food quality- Not as great as what some of the online reviews are raving about. The curries were really mild and watery. Have had better Thai food in my life before. Dunno what the hype is all about! Not ordering again from this restaurant ever!

Me and my wife ordered a takeout from this resterant on new years eve unfortunatly it never came but said it had been delivered on my wife's phone we rang back but the line was constantly busy so we had nothing to eat and somebody had a free meal this is not right we have eaten at the resterant and the food and staff are very friendly but need to be more careful when taking orders
