I'm a fan of the Daily Defence Neroli Facial Moisturiser by Idun Spirit and am going to use the whole skincare range on the strength of how well I'm getting on with this - can highly recommend it. It's also vegan and cruelty-free which is important to so many people who don't want animals harmed for beauty product research. A visit to the Idun Spirit shop in Gloucester is always a pleasure and I can't resist buying something or other. There's a huge range of incense and I love the spiritual cards too - I chose Earth Oracle Cards. You can also browse around the lovely jewellery, candles, singing bowls and a choice of essential oils. Libby and Toni are so friendly, chatty and interesting. Toni makes wood art and does commissions. I could go on about this place but check it out for yourself, there's something for everyone!
