My son is taking his A-Levels at this college. The effort by this college to transfer from home to living away is no less than A***. The animals are kept in a very good state and the facilities are second to none. I cant thank the college enough for the facilities for my son to continue practicing football as well as play football.

The response to animal cruelty allegations has been woefully inadequate. Be transparent on this and explain findings and actions in detail? Also whst have you done to prevent a recurrence?

Great place with a real sense of community among both students and staff.

Poor education, teaches student's to murder and butcher animal for there careers with the low budget film industry for thick and mindless individuals. These are the sort of people who in years to come could be looking after your cats and dogs when you go on a lovely holiday to the Bahamas. DISGRACEFULL !!!!

I attended Hartpury College for two years and was at the school when this “Animal Cruelty” Occoured. What the two students did was disgusting but should not represent a whole institution. I completed my A-Levels at Hartpury the class sizes for me were small and interactive. Many of the staff members Peter Burford (Maths Teacher) went above and beyond to tutor myself and others who were trying to succeed in their maths and Further Maths A-Levels. He would come in on weekends without pay to help students in the library. I also competed internationally in sport whilst attending the college and the facilities and understanding from teachers to sporting commitments and from the coaching staff about academic commitment is unparalleled. For me the downfall of the school is the unfortunate attitude of some of the students who are not committed to either academics or sport. Young people away from home can be prone to many temptations of a new environment and despite the colleges best efforts we could still escape our blocks at night and usually get away with it ;) Otherwise I met the most eclectic and greatest friends and teachers ever here and absolutely loved every second. I would encourage other past-students to write their own reviews and not just people reading news articles. Thanks, Oliver Murray.
