I went in for bike parts which were all on the shelf. I saw a mountain bike I liked and was prepared to order one and wait a week or so, was pleasantly surprised to find that one was available boxed up in in the store. I took this home and built it myself and I am very pleased with the bike. In all well worth the visit and top marks to the staff in the store who were very helpful.

Online ordering was easy for the click and collect service. Got to store, Covid secure and proficient. Staff were well presented, masked and responsible. My order was ready for me to collect in less than a minute of entering. Only down side was that the order they picked was wrong!! I shall try to make do with what I have been given, it was 3 items for patching up my car exhaust. The GUM GUM paste was correct, and the GUM GUM bandage, but the sleeve with the jubilee clip was the wrong one, and I haven't had time or chance to take it back so am going to try and fit it over the weekend....

Extremely helpful staff. Initially a bit annoyed at having to wait, even though I had an allotted collection time, the staff were ensuring that all the customers they were serving, had everything they needed and were happy with their purchase. In my case, the member of staff serving me spent nearly half an hour sorting my order and ensuring the bike I had for my grandson was thoroughly suitable
