Consistently poor delivery times, terrible prices that go up and up after each order you place no matter how often your ask them to stop doing this. Arrogant staff. There are too many other companies to choose from in the market to use these people.

I have been buying domestic heating oil from Certas/Butler Fuel for over 10 years and I think they are one of the best around. Good prices and reliable delivery. Regularly.
