Phoned a few days ago to ask opening times due to covid. when I arrived I wasn’t sure what I was doing remembered the lady I spoke to saying calls diverted to her so tried again (typical man I didn’t have a clue where to begin) she was lovely and talked me through the process it didn’t appear to be too much trouble for her and if all your staff are like this then the owners are onto a winner and I will be returning 1st class service even with no actual staff on duty.
