Very well stocked for all your pets requirements. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection of pet beds and toys.
Big thank you to Zara and her colleagues working today. I came to buy a hamster for my daughter and the staff made the whole thing perfect. So polite and patient as we had younger children with us. Then they helped us to the car. Absolutely wonderful staff today. Thanks so much for a great experience x
Great place love the animals (people). I got all my things for my hamster plus the hamster from there.
Went into store and was greeted by a staff member who said to myself and wife that it would be better to shop on our own next time than as a family with our two children both under the age of 4. I am a vulnerable person and I suffer with aspergess so really struggle to shop on my own. If I did not need the things for our puppy then we would have gone else where.
