Just about the worst customer service I've ever had! I asked simple questions about a trailer they used to make and the person on the phone was rude, totally unhelpful and really didn't want to know. All I asked was about the brake shoes and the tyre pressures - the so called technical guy didn't have a clue. If you want support from this company then you won't get it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Applied for a job with this company, when I went to drop off my CV the receptionist shouted through a door to a Mr. Reynolds who replied with \tell him to f*#k off\ . Disgusting!!
