Order flowers for my wife's birthday as we had such a good service when they did our wedding flowers. Flowers were exactly what I ordered, delivery was on time and the communication emails were prompt. Have now used them twice both times loved the flowers .we would , will be, using again..

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. I ordered some flowers for my sisters 60th birthday. They were being delivered to a hair salon on the Saturday for her to be given on the Sunday. I was assured they would be delivered to the salon so I left it in their hands. On Sunday morning I called the salon prior to my sisters appointment to be told no flowers had arrived. I then called the florists to ask why they were not there. The man on the phone muttered and called out to Veronica to tell her of the error. He assured me that they would get straight on to it and take them round to the salon which I later found they did. If I had not called them no flowers would have turned up. Surely they have a book which tells them what orders they have. I was very disappointed with the service provided. I have since seen the flowers they delivered and they are nice but this mess up has put me off from ordering from them again. .
I live in another part of the country and wanted flowers delivered to my daughter in the area. I placed myself entirely in the hands of Glorius Veronicas, leaving them to choose the bouquet & deliver. The flowers were delivered when promised and were exactly the sort of thing my daughter wanted. They have lasted well and I'm very please with the service. I have used you before, Glorius Veronicas, and will be using you again. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking, the flowers my daughter ordered for me were shabby on delivery and dead within 3 days. Will never order from them again!
Placed an order online on 8th March through Eflorist.co.uk (online company who sends flower orders to local florists to be hand delivered) for flowers to be delivered on Sun 11th March for Mothers Day. The order was accepted by Glorious Veronicas, to be hand delivered on Sunday to my Mums address. At 18:43 on Sunday evening I got a text saying the flowers were on the way from these people to my Mums for delivery. The flowers never arrived. Spoke to Eflorist the next day who advised all flowers are supposed to be delivered by local florists by 6pm at the latest anyway!! They also could not tell me what happened to my order or why this florist did not bother to deliver, despite them sending a text to say they were on the way in the evening. So my Mum was left with no flowers, and 40 out of my pocket has disappeared with nothing to show for it. This florist were happy to accept the order, take my money and not actually deliver anything!! Avoid. My mum will be telling all her local friends in the Newton Abbot area to stay well away from this business. Fortunately Eflorist have agreed to refund me on behalf of this local florist. I will not be using them again, completely disappointed.
