Beautiful setting, extremely well thought of and really appealing for a boozy brunch. Unfortunately food wasn’t nearly as good as I expected - maybe expectations were too high from the onset, and maybe I should have had their specialty pasta and pizza but went for brunch instead and unfortunately dishes were plain and unmemorable. Also, don’t recommend sitting downstairs if you’re hungover as it can get pretty stuffy. You are welcome.

Such a beautiful classic authentic Italian restaurant. Cooked to perfection all dishes in crazy stunning plates. Loved my experience can’t wait to go back after lockdown.
I would highly recommend Glorias if you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant. The location of the restaurant is on the main road which makes it very easy to find and parking can be found on any side road close by with no restrictions after 8pm. The venue itself inside looks elegant and gives off a cosy vibe with a homey feel. The staff made sure everyone sanitised their hands upon entry and it was great to see that all the tables had at least 2 meters spacing between tables. The service was also very good, the waiters could not do enough for us. The food we ordered are listed below along with photos attached. Starters Olive E Parmigiano (Olives&Cheese) Focaccia Con Tomate (Bread) Mains La Gran Carbonara Desert Adellas Chocolate Souffle The food itself all tasted lovely and very authentic. The only thing I would recommend for the restaurant to possibly look into is their menu design and colour scheme. The font on the menu is bright red and the background of the menu is white. This makes it incredibly hard to read anything. I would also recommend possibly adding a second page to the menu as I felt there was way too much crammed into a small page and everyone was overwhelmed with info. Other than this the food was lovely, I look forward to my next visit.
We had takeaway from this restaurant, unfortunately couldn’t dine in but will do when things getting better as the place pictures and atmosphere looks so beautiful. We tried Truffle squad and Margherita pizzas both taste delicious but I’m sure they will taste better at restaurant when we eat them as soon as they come out of the oven. We tried shut your mousse for dessert but it wasn’t as good as I expected it to taste. Can’t comment on customer service as we didn’t dine in but the staff who take our order and hand it to us was nice and helpful.
It was very nice. The staff were excellent. And the service superb. The starter of fluffy warm facaccia was delicious, THE BIG MAMMA CLASSIC CARPACCIO, and pasta no5 was well made and wonderfully seasoned. We found the saprano and truffle under spiced. The pavlova was a never again. The tiramisu and pie were worth the trip. We cannot wait to visit again.
