Not sure how this place achieves its rating on Google unless the high scoring reviews from reviewers with low to no posts to their names are faked. We popped in whilst passing the area feeling very hungry hoping to be tempted by the menu. With drinks in hand we weren't too impressed with either the cleanliness of the glasses or \grotty\ bar area so consulted Scores on the Doors. Unsurprisingly, the pub has somehow scraped a 1 rating (out of a potential 5) with \little confidence in management\. Can totally see how this rating was arrived at. Figuring we'd probably rather starve than contract food poisoning and regret not heeding an independent evaluation, we left for a not too far away super meal with no nasty after-effects.
