What an incredible company! During a difficult time (Covid-19), Sorba-Freeze have gone above and beyond to provide the best service I have ever received. Amanda and Jennifer have been key in providing this service and have also been a joy to chat to! Further to this, the products that they are providing are definitely industry leading. I have used a number of other products on the market and these surpass them. A number of my clients have mentioned how cold the product is even after 48 hours. It's rare to find a company that provides such excellent customer service as well as amazing products. After contacting the Sorba-Freeze customer service team for help regarding their products (as I wanted to send a friend some meat products and other fayre), I was contacted within the hour offering me a free sample which was very generous indeed. The gentleman I dealt with was extremely helpful and very friendly. Each time I have gotten in touch, I have received a reply the same day, and you can tell by the correspondence how highly regarded Sorba-Freeze considers their customers. Even after a trade show, which is no doubt a busy time for any company, I was replied to within hours, if not THE hour. The products themselves were incredible, keeping the produce - sent on a 400 miles journey - fresh, as well as the box used, sent again by Sorba-Freeze, keeping not only the sheets themselves cooler for longer, but protecting glass items that went in with the produce. I will most certainly be using Sorba-freeze in the future for my needs in this field. Extremely impressed and would highly recommend.
