I have undergone both regular dental treatments as well as extensive (and currently ongoing) cosmetic treatments at this practice, and while I am enthusiastic to offer a 5 star review, I feel this dramatically undersells just how pleased I am with the care and attention to patient comfort that I have experienced with this practice. Specifically my dentist, Dr Eleni Kantzou, has gone above and beyond in her efforts to make me feel comfortable and informed regarding my treatment. They say a good doctor treats the 'disease', but a great doctor treats the patient who has the disease, and while the situations may be slightly different, I certainly feel that Eleni is an example of the latter approach to dentistry, and couldn't possibly recommend her enough!

Had an appointment for orthodontic treatment around 2 months ago. I was told someone would contact me to discuss my options & what the next steps would be, not heard from anyone. Emailed & called twice & no one has got back to me. Terrible customer service!! Decided to not to follow up... why would I want treatment at this clinic if they can’t even reply to their customers!
Made me feel at ease, despite having not been to a dentist for a long time and a bit nervous
