United Ride Non Emergency Medical Transportation

I'd like to submit a review of services, being negative five stars for the unprofessionalism and rudeness towards ny father, patient at Care Rehabilitation center in Glendora. I would like to bring this to your attention that when transporting my father, the hand/bedside rails of his medical bed were not put down when transporting him to the gurney. While in this process of assisting him in the bed they hurt my father's upper shoulder which is fractured. The driver and his assistant were inconsiderate of the patients age and health and were wreckelesss. The transportation individuals rushed my father through and wanted to leave him. They were not only rude to my father but to the doctor and nurses' staff. I am bringing this to your attention before this escalates to a legal issue.

Unsafe, drives reckless, no shocks very bumpy ride. I have a back fracture and while putting me in the van he kept pushing the gurney was hitting metal, I kept yelling to stop, the other man came and straighten the gurney. While putting me in bed both held the sheet and instead of holding in air they pushed on my legs and arms. Now I need another cat scan for injection in my back

Very unsafe drivers. Passing all vehicles while driving in a bike lane for 4 blocks. Called company to complain and guy who answered my call hung up on me.
