Waiting time is always roughly 30 min. Front staff is very nice and will respond if you joke around with them. Ignore the negative reviews. I suspect a lot of these people are not being truthful or have never been to planned parenthood. Kind women work here. They always have an appointment for me ASAP. They're understanding and listen to me. I love it here! Remember to always go in with a good attitude and maintain that attitude, because those women work really hard.

This is the second time they have called me and cancelled my appointment the day of due to them not having a doctor in that day. I understand emergency’s happen but after reading reviews of this happening to others and happening to me personally TWICE. that is so ridiculous. Being on the phone waiting for two hours to speak to someone.. RIDICULOUS. Does this place not understand a lot of these appointments are emergency’s and people can’t just keep taking off work.

First appointment scheduled on Monday turned around due to doctor having a Family emergency which is understandable. Second appointment they did not do their diligence and check her insurance to ensure the Dr. at the time accepted the plan. Two days of work have been missed by the both of us and still have yet to be seen to resolve our issue. Very little urgency for a time sensitive issue.

I looked up this place for an appointment and the amount of negative one star reviews made me so nervous going into it. I went in with an open mind and I am so glad I did. They were nothing but amazing , kind , and caring. I did have to wait for awhile but it didn’t bother me one bit and they did apologize to me about a couple times. From the lady at the front desk to the doctor they were great!! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. They valued my opinions and were so caring when I chose what I wanted to do and explained everything to me. The doctor was so nice and did her best to explaining everything and getting me mentally prepared for what was going to come next. 1000/5 star review for me. Also don’t mind the people standing out front. They can’t be on the property so they are on the outskirts. You can’t really hear what they are saying and really easy to just ignore :) I come back Sunday and I am actually excited to be back with such a caring staff!!
