Aesthetic wise there's lots of trash and disguarded items in lot. Trash cans are over flowing and don't seem maintained. However the parking itself was legit. Quite. Semi busy lot. No cameras. No security. No fee. Stayed over night two nights in Van conversion. 2 or 3 other vehicles with people sleeping overnight as well.

This was definitely a nice spot to park and take a break from driving. Only down side, there wasn’t a portapotty, only by the goodwill donation center making it seem like it was strictly for them. We arrived around 1200, I took a quick nap, ate a snack and got back on the road around 1430 to continue on our way to Fresno.
