I received a recall from Jeep last week,, called to make an appointment for this morning, gave the recall number, asked to have the car back by lunch time. Dropped off the car on schedule was told the car will be ready by 4pm, I explain not possible as I need the car this pm. The technician checked a couple of things to confirm that the part was not available... complete waste of time.

Decent sales department with a good inventory. The management is knowledgeable and they seem to be open to work a deal. Good location, especially if you’re cross shopping with other brands. Parking is easy.

Recently I did not have a great experience. I went in for an oil change and I received the car without the sticker for future oil change and my car still said I need an oil change. I responded via text to about my experience and was told I would receive an email to document my experience, never received so now I must go back again...two trips for an oil change not cool

Recently purchased a new 2021 Ram Rebel from this location. The sales team that I worked with was very professional and only listened to what I wanted and never pushed anything on me, or forced me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with. Treavor Sammons was my Sales Consultant and he was very professional, knowledgeable about the truck, and willing to help me get the best deal possible knowing my personal situation. The sales manager Ryan was very respectful and helpful with me. Bryan in Finance was very kind and professional. All in all it was a good experience. This dealer has a good selection of Jeeps, Rams, Chargers, and other variants of new and used vehicles. Has the parking in the front on the street, but that is just based on location only. Over all the selection of vehicles is good and they are willing to help you also find the one you want if it is not on their lot. Overall the experience was good and so I recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Alpha Romeo, or FIAT in the Glendale area.
