The Trent Dankos, Exit Realty team are absolutely the best! Their marketing, negotiating skills and overall professionalism are second to none! My home had been on the market for 5 months with little or no luck with another brokerage. I had multiple showings and 2 offers at different times. The first buyer backed out early in the process and the second backed out the day of closing leaving me with bills from vendors who had done work from the home inspection THEY requested! The Exit team made me feel so at ease and were available to answer all my questions. One Exit activated my listing, I had three offers in less than a week and all on the same day! His superior negotiating skills enabled my house to be sold for 5000 over asking price! That was great but I chose them over other brokerages, all of which I interviewed, because of their positive, “can do” attitude and professionalism!
