We have several suppliers of various products, and obviously everyone is struggling to cope with demand right now. We can’t fault you at all. Communication is excellent. Hate to do this, but I don't understand the great reviews. Had 4 windows installed on September 25th. One of the 4 was damaged on delivery with a broken lock. Apparently this can't be replaced until November 20th. Wait, what? Yes, November 20th. Sorry, but now i have a window I can't open for two months. The other 3 are perfect yes and really I do notice the difference, but two months to replace one window is worth of 1 star. Apparently the reason is there aren't enough repairmen - that's not my problem, why should I have to go two months without being able to open a window! Just beware, if somethings goes wrong, you'll be left in the lurch.

You should judge a company by how they deal with problems - in the case of Glazerite they are fantastic! I own and run a small hotel, and one morning the front door lock had completely seized up on the door they had supplied. Within 2 hours the door was open again and lock replaced. Unfortunately the front and back door to the hotel have matched keys, this would be a ten day wait to be sorted... I suppose this is not terrible, at least the door can be used again and all services provided thus far had been free, very quick and professional. A couple of days later, a nice man arrives with two new paired locks and 40 new keys to match and replaces both! Now that's what I call excellent service. They went above and beyond my expectations, would certainly recommend to anyone.
