Amazing service! Having decided I needed a monitor to improve my homeworking set up, I contacted Zen via email at the end of my working day. A reply was waiting for me the following morning, which I followed up with a quick phone call for some compatibility advice. Zen confirmed they had the required monitor in stock and by early afternoon the same day it was delivered. Great to have amazing local companies like Zen: free expert advice and delivery same day - who needs Amazon!

Ray and the guys at Zen were so good & efficient. Within 3 days they were able to replace the screen on my MacBook, at a significantly lower cost that I had been previously quoted elsewhere. They were so good at communication and I wholeheartedly would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Zen!

Zen Computer Shop is the tops!! I first found Zen in Glastonbury through a friend and for me, even better than being PC experts, they understood MACs!! I have always had excellent service - fast and reliable and with a smile. At the beginning of 2019 Zen opened a new shop in Wells much to my advantage - now the shop is just down the road. A little note to finish. More than a repair shop it's good to be able to talk to people who are up to date with future developments in the IT world. A big thank you to all of you at Zen.
