The receptionist seems to be running the show and is pretty snippy about it too. I am not impressed that so much of my medical information is shared by the GP with someone who wears a tabard and sits at the counter. The standards were unimpressive but now they are cringeworthy.

I am writing this on behalf of my partner. They have consistently messed up his prescription, including leaving prescribed drugs off his list, and constantly delaying orders for hours making us come back later to pick them up despite reassurances they would be ready. he understands we are currently in a health crisis and that this might not be reflective of their usual standard, but he has lost trust in their service, and would be very reluctant to deal with them ever again.

Made to wait two weeks for a phone appointment that wasn't even booked properly. Then after two attempts of phoning me I'm scratched off the books, with no way of getting an appointment for another two weeks. Despicable.

I have just been to Matthew Jackson at Glastonbury Surgery. I had neck and shoulder pain. After some treatment from Matthew I felt 100%, pain was gone. Thank you Matthew for a great service, can recommended you enough to everyone. Excellent.

I was registered at Glastonbury Surgery around 2 years ago and I can only apologise that it’s taken me this long to thank him, but I believe my doctor was called Dr Richards. He was the young, Welsh man. Anyway he is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had, his attention to detail and care is second to none. He truly listens to his patients and treats them with such respect and kindness. He was especially good with mental health side of things in which I know I’ve always really struggled talking to doctors about, but he made me feel completely at ease. I don’t know if he’s still at the surgery but he was an absolute credit to you and he is very good at his job. I also thought the surgery as a whole was absolutely brilliant, my current surgery could definitely learn a thing or two from yourselves.
