Very quiet and interesting place to walk around. Make time to walk around the 2 ponds and orchard too. We benefited from a lovely warm day. The town around the abbey is interesting too. If you go to the abbey in the morning you can come out for lunch then go back in again, as admission tickets last all day.

Visited here today with family. Price was ok, cost us approx 21 as littlest is under 5 so free entry for them. Grounds are large and lovely to walk around. Nice open space and some great photo points. Entry fee also allows you reentry on the same day which was perfect as we left to get some lunch, walked up the Tor and then went back to the Abbey grounds to finish the day. All in all a nice visit and I'd come back here again for sure!

Pleasntly Surpised me we spent 4 hours there and how much fun we had. *pay to park is available VERY close to the entrance. So much space to allow everyone to look around and not be crowded. Benches n grassed areas to sit down and take your time taking it all in. The pond is FULL of fish and was beautiful sat in the sun shine watching them top People we meet also visiting were extremely friendly, the weather was beautiful which really helped. Little mesum at the end and a gift shop. Very polite staff
