Lovely spot for a woodland walk. There's a short route suitable for push chairs (if they don't mind the bumps) and some longer routes with steps. Amazing views and lots of benches for a picnic. Easy to find with a free car park just off the road.

Always sure of a good walk here with some good view points and plenty of room for the kids to expend their energy. A few steep places if you go off piste but mostly easy going. You'll need wellies in wet weather.
Great place to walk the dog, or just walk! Be aware that there are no bins though, so you will have to take the poo bags home and dispose of them in your dustbin.
Good size free parking lot but with no signs from the main road so keep an eye out of you'll miss the turning. The woods are lovely, with a couple of very scenic viewpoints and picnic benches to enjoy them from. If you take the logging routes be warned they can get very steep and they're mostly clay so if it's been a bit damp it won't be pleasant to clean off shoes later.
Great public outdoor space with loads of room so you don't have to be near anyone during these unique testing times.
