I would recommend Avalon motor company to anyone I used them to MOT my car and the service was excellent. All the staff are genuine and reliable. Luke dealt with booking and talking me through everyting and I made the experience feel easy.

My experience with Avalon... very difficult to begin with, but I think when they knew I was a customer genuinely interested in one of there cars they really went out of there way. Matt the manager made me feel at ease with the Astra I purchased after a few concerns. I had my car serviced too and specified the correct oil I wanted them to put in which they went out of there way to do. Richard dealt with the hand over swiftly and safely particularly in these Covid times. Still awaiting a phone call, but instead I can leave a review here and so far *touch wood* the car is running amazingly! All in all great job guys. Hope to be back for my free MOT & a service in a year! :)

I could not rate Avalon Motor Company highly enough. I predominantly dealt with a great salesman called Chris, who was very polite, honest and knowledgeable on both the car and the products/services that were available to me as the customer. The same can be said for Matt who is the sales manager at the company. Both Chris and Matt kept me informed throughout the buying process and were quick to answer any queries I had. Due to the fact I stay a great distance away from Avalon Motor Company, the option of having the car delivered was preferred. Chris kindly arranged for the car to be transported from Glastonbury up to Perth, Scotland for a competitive price. The delivery driver too was most polite and very patient, allowing me to take the car for a quick test drive and to give it a visual check over and make sure everything was in order. The car presented immaculately having been professionally cleaned and valeted prior to delivery. All in all, it has been a very pleasant buying experience and I would certainly recommend Avalon Motor Company to family and friends.

From my initial enquiry to the vehicle handover, I was very impressed with Avalon. Everything was explained without any pressure salesmanship, just good advice. Richard Street could not have been any more helpful. As for the vehicle it is two and a half years old with only 11,400 miles on the clock, it still smells like new and was very keenly priced and in far better condition than anything else I had seen locally and further afield. I would recommend Avalon Motor Company to everyone.
