Lovely place, lovely staff, the kids loved it. Definitely worth a visit. Will visit again.
I won't be back. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and great customer service. But the whole place is terribly run down, there was dead flies in their bathroom sinks (in February?!), my baby sobbed his heart out shivering when I had to change him as the toilets were so cold. There was hole in bathroom door. Behind the playframe and just past the party room there is just this empty space full of overflowing bins and rubbish everywhere. I was there with an 11 month old and an almost 2 year old, behind the baby area are stairs leading down to bouncy castle (which isn't very bouncy, think it had a puncture). My baby kept going towards the stairs, there was no gate in place to stop him from falling down the stairs. The kitchen door was left open and my 2 year old nephew kept going into the kitchen. Door should be closed or a safety gate should be in place. No children's cutlery as apparently other customers steal them. Adult food was fantastic, overpriced but very enjoyable. Playframe had food in between the spaces on the stairs, was very dirty and rundown. Whole building was freezing and there was one tiny plug in heater.
Great for younger kids. Mixed seating areas and party area. Hot and cold food. Lower ceilings so not horribly loud. Well staffed
Too busy and no monitoring of what's going on... I know it's a soft play and kids are there to run about but it was wild at times
