Some issues with a delivery but Sean and Alison couldn't have done more for me. It's difficult in a lot of ways right now and I'm just so impressed with how they handled it. Brilliant.

Staff at this store have absolutely no idea what they are doing, are not interested in assisting customers, and are outright rude. Worst experience I have even had as a consumer. Wickes are without a doubt the worst company in the UK.
Worst customer service ever. Floor assistants totally ignored me. Went to buy a kitchen cash with a empty van to take home with. Left frustrated, diss illusioned. I will never visit this store ever again. Received an apology the next day from the manager but the damage was done and I’m not a keyboard vigilante.
Bit quiet but it's not open yet but good service click and collect.....staff are very helpful
