Awful customer service. Wasted my time today going back (for the second time since last Friday) so I could speak to the owner to get an issue resolved after being told she'd be in today, only to discover from the infinitely helpful staff that in fact she wasn't and I would need to come back for a third time on Friday. Absolutely not good enough. No cash refund policy in operation which is not prominently displayed anywhere in store either - only discovered this was the case after purchase and needless to say extremely unhappy about this too. Do not want a replacement and certainly do not want a credit note as I will be taking my money elsewhere in future and strongly advise others to do the same. There's nothing here that you can't get more competitively priced elsewhere, and with far superior service. Edit: Response to reply. I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to infer with regards to the loose hook, but this wasn't drawn attention to on my original return visit last Friday as it was not noticed before then. An easy enough oversight to make, I'm sure you'll agree. Interesting also that you were astute enough to overhear that part of the conversation with your colleague but not astute enough to overhear her telling me that the owner would be in today when this was clearly not the case and I could have been saved from wasting my time. Of course, the fact remains that as a trader you have an obligation to make customers fully aware of your returns policy before purchase, which you do not given the lack of prominent signage displayed at the point of sale - something both yourself and your colleague agreed with when I pointed it out this morning. It also doesn't change the fact that I have a statutory right to a full refund given that one of the hooks is loose and therefore prevents the bra from being worn as intended. If you could therefore advise on when I can return for a full refund I would very much appreciate it. Many thanks.

I love Silks Boutique, and all the girls working there. No matter who you get they always provide the best service for you and are really good at listening to what you need and taking that on board. I bought two chantelle sets which are the best shape bras I have ever bought, and I'm absolutely over the moon with them. They had the matching set in one of there other stores and told me they would get it over for me ASAP. And the NEXT DAY I got a phone call to say it was in store, customer service at its highest level, truly bending over backwards to help their customers out. In this case I don't mind store credits because I know they are a small business and there is always something that catches my eye in this shop! Hope this is a big enough thank you for treating me so well, can't wait to come in over Christmas. Cristina

I don't shop often at Silks, but this year has made me shop more locally, and I recently visited the Netherlee branch. It is a lovely shop and I felt under no pressure to purchase anything. Deborah was very professional, and was happy to assist if needed. I got a lovely bra from the sale rail and a great pair of dkny PJ's for my daughter. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I have been going here for many many years. Great stock of underwear,lovely beachwear and nightwear. Staff are all very very helpful. A most delightful shopping experience. I would recommend going especially as it is so important to wear the right bra size and here at Silks is the place to be measured correctly.
