Despite 6 emails and 3 phone calls to branch, their Surveyor s.brady, refused to engage with me. Instead, he hoped I'd just go away if he ignored me. Not really how i expect anyone to behave, let alone a regulated 'professional'. Aside from that, it was all because he got a home report EPC so terribly wrong and refused to do anything to fix it. I then had to take images to prove that he was wrong before he'd make good the error. You couldn't make this nonsense up. Pathetic service. I won't use them ever after this and highly recommend you use another surveying company.

Absolutely excellent service. I’d contacted other surveyors for a home report and was either spoken down to or patronised. This surveyor was easy to deal with and did a professional job quickly. Very happy and highly recommend. Thank you.
