Unfortunately, my experience of this outlet left a lot to be desired. Having driven specially for 1.5 hours yesterday to take my late mum's fur coat to sell, I discovered the shop was closed at 11.45 am, remained unopened at 12.30 pm and, only because a another local trader said it definitely didn't close on Mondays, I thought I'd try my luck again just after 2.00 pm. It was open and some people were browsing the stock while 2 other ladies were being attended to by the lady behind the till. Glad that my third visit that day was successful I stood patiently waiting for my turn. I'd been waiting about 5-6 minutes when, without even waiting to find out what I was there for, the sales lady looked at me and un-apologetically and extremely rudely announced that she was far too busy to see me. Even when I explained that this was my 3rd visit to the premises that day, she repeated that she couldn't attend to me. I guess \Retro\ isn't just a trading name for the outlet but an accurate description of their attitude to customer care and courtesy.
