Fantastic place to get fit. Stuart is the guy that runs and owns it and he us immense. Wayne And Pete are super guys there too. Wayne is my personal trainer and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you like MMA and kick boxing then you'll fit right in here. No fancy tv's on the wall and people admiring themselves in the mirror as they lift weights, just bags and hard work is what you'll find here.
