Was a guest on the programme today along with friends Anne and John. We talked about the benefits of taking part in performing arts. In particular singing for wellbeing group, drama group, gardening and drumming. We all told of the way these group's helped with our anxietys, mood and self esteem. I just hope listener's enjoyed our chat and could relate to it.
