I will give you my advice based on personal experience of both buying and selling here. Firstly watch your pockets people - there are lots of thieves around (most are predominately from the local Govanhill area and seem to be the foreign nationals from a certain community). If you do decide to attend and set up a stall come in pairs, keep cars locked and keep your eyes open as the certain individuals previously mentioned above, will attempt to steal your items and use various techniques including trying to distract you while their Counterpart steals items while you are distracted. Also be prepared for the “I no understand English” tactics again where certain individuals attempt to play dumb in an attempt to get items for pennies. If you are selling anything of value get a lockable display case and only take items out individually to show customers - but always lock it after removing items. Also don’t give in to certain individuals who will attempt to try to wear you down by constantly returning to your stall and offer literally pennies for your items - tell them straight what your price is - if they don’t like it then tell them to f**k off.
