We used Pattison & Co for conveyancing services during our recent home purchase. Our circumstances were relatively complex, for a residential move, requiring a Let to Buy mortgage completion aligning with the completion of our residential. All aspects of the process were efficiently dealt with by Melanie. She was great at explaining everything to us (we were relatively naive!) and was genuinely enthusiastic in supporting us throughout the course of the purchase. She was extremely professional and diligent in her work, quickly highlighting several issues that may have been missed during previous transactions and ensuring there was no delay to ours. We would defiantly recommend Patterson & Co and would call on their services again in the future.
