I have tried and loved their Laphroaig coffee, and ordered a bag to be sent to my brother. There was a bit of a delay with the next day delivery, but how the company dealt with it, was truly a mark of an excellent company! Lovely coffee and really excellent customer service. I won't hesitate to order again. Thank you!

I had an issue with a delivery that hadn't picked up a change to my subscription, so I got in touch with ovenbird over Facebook. Within (literally) minutes this was corrected and new coffee posted, customer service could not possibly be faster.

While I have never been to their cafe/store facility, I have purchased Ovenbird coffee online. My first experience was with their one decafe selection. It was good, nothing to get excited about tho. The most recent purchase of the Auchentoshan and Nineteen eight-four coffees were a mixed bag. I love the Auchentoshan, just love it. The 1984 is much less spectacular. I found it boring. It's not robust at all. It's described as tasting of berries, citrus and spices. Perhaps the bag I received is an exception but it lacked all three. Rather weak brew (ground for and brewed in a French press). So disappointing. 6 Feb update. Well, I made not have enjoyed the particular coffee I purchased but I most certainly enjoyed Ovenbirds customer service!! They responded kindly to my disappointing experience and very promptly at that. They also provided a refund for the coffee. Without a request from me. The company gets FIVE STARS in my book. Thank you Ovenbird for your outstanding customer service.
