Booked my car in for free safety check at 2pm after online booking and phoning an hour before to confirm it would be ok for that time. Arrived at garage to be told it would be done in 45 mins. Came back an hour later and still parked outside and not looked at. Told it would be another hour at least before they could get a free ramp. Total waste of 2 hours, drove away to take it to another garage. Terrible service and unrealistic wait times promised. Avoid.

Would not even give 1 star!!! A visit to your national tyres branch in Glasgow battlefield rd today after booking car in for a rear bearing replacement Brought car in at 10.00am left car and went walk with kids..returned 2.00pm to be told that they cannot repair bearing as spindle jammed..they said take car to another garage!!..spoke with chris manager..no apllology for a completely wasted day off work!!!..waiting with 2 kids to be told cannot repair!!!..I cannot begin to describe how annoyed and disgusted with your service and failure to repair!!!..why take a job on if you cannot complete and waste customers time!!!..still waiting now at 3.30pm for car to be put back together unrepaired!!!!..I mean what is this company all about!!!..shameful way to treat a customer!!!..I want awnsers!!..please contact me asap as I want this resolved Disgusted annoyed and let down!!!! Total waste of time!!!..never use national tyres again!!!..as for the hammering and work done trying to repair my bearing I do not know if your staff have damaged anything stripping it down and attempting repair as seen lots of hammering and forcing trying to get car back together unrepaired!!!..disgusted and so annoyed On being given car back in courtyard car screeching on side that was worked on..took it back in to find that that had bashed the brake shield causing it to rub against disc causing the grinding noise!!!..that just bashed it back out!!!!..you have damaged my car even more nevermind the repair I brought it in for that you did not do!!!!..disgusting!!!..do not use these people and garage!!!!...you have been warned!!!! Update..few days after receive a call from craig the manager..he raised his game and accepted service like that is not acceptable..he booked my car into another garage and got the job completed..thank you craig..we all get ot wrong sometimes but in the end you sorted it.
Had a tyre changed on the 2nd of Jan.. very very cold, coukd see the garage was under staffed, service was 1st class and still changed the trye in the time slot booked.. Thank you and would recommend using the battlefield branch..
Excellent service, exceeding expectations. I took the car in for 2 new tires which I had ordered online (competitive price). They agreed to do the work earlier than I had booked. One of them TPMS valves was leaking so they put some sealant on while they had the tyres off. This is not a guaranteed procedure but it has worked so far (pressure holding after a month). They also tightened the handbrake which needed doing but I didn’t even ask. Congratulations to Craig and team for going beyond the call of duty.
