Have been walking here for decades. Excellent place to take dogs and children. Plenty of varied paths to take which can end up in Mugdock visitor centre if desired. Small part of the west highland way from Milngavie to Carbeth but very scenic none the less. Can be hazardous if icy.

Mugdock Country Park is an extremely valued resource to locals and people from further away, as a place to escape from city life, walk, cycle slowly, get a coffee and burger or cake, places for young children to play, room for dogs to run. Visit, enjoy it, and leave just your foot prints.

Lockdown has allowed our family to better explore our local parks. What a gift to have this park on our doorstep! There really is so much to explore. Found a 7 meter waterfall on our most recent trip!

lovely walk with dogs! Need to wear appropriate footwear and clothing as showers about! Excellent service from takeaway team plus prices very realistic Would recommend to friends and family hopefully will be a tourist hot spot next year but staff must be prepared at all levels! Merry Xmas

Great country park & walking trails through mainly woodlands terrain. The park is so large and even after many walks, no two walks are ever the same.
