I used Mitchell turf originally because the price for turf could not be matched. I ordered during this lockdown and I was prepared for at least a week's wait. It actually arrived the same day! I was very impressed with the grass quality and the online website was easy to use with chat options available, very impressed and have already forwarded the website to a few friends for their future projects. Have debated over a long period of time about writing this review. But feel i have to to let others know of the poor service and aftercare from this company. Initially ordered 2 bags of topsoil to fill up up an old gardening bed, found this was not enough so ordered another. This delivery resulted in hydraulic oil all over the road and pavement, but also all over my driveway. Fair play they sent someone out with absorbent granules and this solved the issue, but it was left for me to tidy up. When i started raking in the soil i noticed a lots of small stones in the soil, so started sifting it out to at least get a decent top layer of soil. As soon as it rained it started washing the soil away and was left with at lot of stones on the top layer, contacted them several times by email with pictures, absolutely no response. Conservative guess through sifting through 1 bag would be about 30% stones, so beware and if you do buy this\quality topsoil\ check a small portion before you start using it. The only good thing is i have to give them 1 star, if zero was an option it would have been the one i used. 9 months on still no reply from company, still having to live with a soil that constantly gets washed away to reveal more stones, seems they reply to positive posts these days.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. They are the perfect company to deal with. I called and spoke with Laura as I had forgot to order topsoil for my new grass that had to go down straight away otherwise it would start to die. Laura managed to get me the soil I needed within the timescale I needed, she literally saved the day. Thanks again
