Put a deposit on a car, went to collect it, and the previously discussed fixing of a dent was not done properly and had scratches all over it. Looked like it was done with a hammer! Spoke to the manager Mark about it and had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They did not even want to deal with my service, they said take it or leave it. He got very aggressive and swore at me a few times and was intimidating and got very personal with negative comments about me. Told me to get off the premises. Its NOT the way to deal with customers at all. Avoid at all costs !!!!
