Excellent company to deal with especially online. Super fast despatch time and great variety of tools. Would look nowhere else.

Great experience ordering parts. My thanks to Eddie who gave good advice and indeed more besides. He took it upon himself to find a solution for me with a manufacturer to resolve a problem I had encountered. I’m delighted with the outcome. Now that’s excellent support and service. Thank you.

I had ordered a new Bosch multi tool, have arrived with an broken factory fitted seal, tapped back by them. They have refused to take it back unless pay the return charge, the broken seal was not stated on their website when purchased. Very bad customer service as well.

Bought a Honda generator from them - was sent on time and they use DPD which is always reliable in my experience. They gave me good advice before buying and they were the most competitively priced in the UK - by a country mile. Top marks all round..would definitely buy from them again.
