I love this local nail salon. I have had waxing done before and they do a great job with waxing and threading. I am able to book online and pay ahead of time which is so convenient after getting a beautiful manicure not to have to worry about digging around in my purse for my keys or wallet. Love this place and highly recommend it!

This was a rip off and very bad quality nails! I went to this salon with my two friends without an appointment. The host was very friendly and gave the three of us a Shellac gel nail appointment for an hour and a half later. When we returned for our 5:30 appointment, a woman began working on my nails within 10 minutes, but no one worked on my friends' nails until after 6:00pm. The woman who worked on my nails began working without giving me the opportunity to choose the colour of nails I wanted as they usually do before a manicure. She did not chat to me at all, only saying short directions every now and then. The nails took quite a while - my friends and I did not get out of there until 7:30pm. More importantly, at the end we were about to pay for our 15 pounds Shellac gel nails and we were told we had been given the \Hollywood\ treatment which was a 3 pounds more expensive treatment than the one we had asked for, which was the Shellac. In fact, this \Hollywood\ treatment was not even an item on the menu. On top of this, the color I had asked for was a bright red, but it came out an unmistakably bright pink. Most importantly, my nails have began to chip only 5 days afterwards, and are peeling off completely one nail at a time. Overall, very dissatisfied and most definitely will not be returning. Not only were we ripped off, the nails were very bad quality and the customer service was far from impressive.

Horrific experience from start to finish! Avoid at all cost unless you want to be spoken to with disrespect and end up with horrific nails. Been a regular for years since they opened and the new girl is rude and my finger nails are uneven And have lumpy shellac. Not even the colour I asked for and as she was double booked she rushed through toes and didn’t paint them properly. There is spaces around the edges, the nails weren’t filed straight and it’s almost as though it was all done on purpose. When she asked what I wanted and I replied she said that what I asked for “she’d never heard off” and had been working there since January and sneered at me as soon as I walked in. Also would not give me a colour chart until After I said I didn’t like my nail colour she was impatient and rude and said you should have stopped me. I said to her it’s fine can I just pick something else for toes and again she was rude. She kept phoning the owner to try and accommodate the other person who was booked after me and complaining. My nails have already chipped it’s not even been 12 hours! Will not be back and tried to bring it up with the owner privately and was ignored to my last set of messages! So disappointed this salon is only concerned about money not service!

I got my nail and eyelash extensions done by Val the owner. I am a beauty Therapist and lash tech myself and very particular when it comes to having treatments done. No complaints what so ever, I was treated fantastic! my nail extensions looked amazing and done with care and my eyelashe extensions were spot on, hybrid and fluffy and literally had no fall out after the treatment as they were applied correctly and my eyelash were properly cleansed before application. definitely recommend this salon and the prices are amazing! top quality and will definitely be returning. Thanks again x
