First time using a Halfords Auto-centre and I am more than happy with the service I received. Experience - Booked online which was quick and easy. On arrival details of the booking were double checked and keys left. Contacted to advise of a few issues that needed to be fixed and quoted clear prices with no pressure or obligation to go ahead unless I wanted to. They offer a finance option if the bill is maybe more than you expected. Work completed and car is running great. COVID - Protective screens at reception, all staff wearing face coverings. Enough free sanitiser to sink a ship. All in all - Thanks to Kevin and his team, great experience dealing with them and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I booked in for a Service and MOT. Although my car needed a lot more work than expected, the garage went out their way to get the work done over the weekend and stayed late to make sure I'd have the car back to get to work on Monday. They notice and sorted a few bodged jobs from other garages Ive used in the past. Communication was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use this garage again.

I was very happy with my experience. The assistant manager(whose name I missed) was able to help me out when I appeared just before closing and was able to give me a quote and book me in the next day. Drop off was easy and having my details in the system already was handy. My only small criticism would be that when the parts were delayed, I didn’t receive a phone call to let me know, so I had to phone when the expected time passed. When I did however the guys were great and explained to me why it was taking a bit longer and gave me a call when it was ready to pick up.

Booked my car in for a free clutch check. All staff were amazing - they took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and you can tell they genuinely care about the job they are doing (Kevin was particularly helpful). The clutch check was quick and thorough and I was then advised on what my next steps should be.

Seen very quickly, staff friendly & helpful. They were happy for me to collect my car at the end of the day so I could go and sleep seeing as I was on nights. I appreciated this & my car was ready when I went to collect it later on.
