Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and the taxi still did not show up..called another company in the end..freezing cold waiting outside the small animal hospital with a poorly dog for 1 hour and 20 mins! For a taxi that said it would be there in 20 mins..driver called after 1 hour waiting to say he was at a different part of the hospital and didn’t know how to get to where I was which was the main entrance of the hospital! I told him to please collect me from the entrance I have a dog that can’t walk..he never showed up.called Bearsden taxis in the end..Will never use GPH again after this

The most unprofessional people you'll meet from answering calls to some of their drivers. Controllers back up their drivers for mistreating elderly people. Short trips for elderly people from shop to their home get rejected for the false reason of Customer refused to pay. I don't know why would Glasgow city council not take action against such companies instead of only targeting small businesses. #GlasgowCityCouncil #GlasgowPrivateHire

Shockingly bad service. Phoned at 2pm to book a taxi for 4.30. Didnt arrive phoned back to be told they are busy!#@@! They did the same to my son in law a few weeks ago, I thought no, he must be mistaken. Then someone else told me the exact same thing. I couldn't believe the total lack of concern from the lady in the control room, tried to blame us, will be looking for a new taxi service for the future. Sort yourselves out and try and find some professionalism.
Fuel prices are very low and yet my journey 10 more than usual????? Even when fuel prices were very high my journey was not this expensive. Either driver or company has questions to answers either way, TRAINS FROM NOW ON.
