Excellent to deal with. Returned a CO2 pistol I purchased yesterday due to a faulty valve. Fault confirmed and return accepted quibble free. Friendly staff ensuring that all customers will be returning customers. 5 stars well earned.

Very poor customer service today, on returning a pair to Harkila trousers due to wrong size I was told my money will not be refunded just a store credit, apparently silly me for not realising the public toilets double up as changing rooms to try on!! yes the very small print is on a label at the tills. Very poor customer service.
